About Our Founder Dr. Mark Rubin
Founder Dr. Mark Rubin established International Eye Associates in 1990. We associate with all of the area hospitals and most health insurance plans.
Using updated technology, Dr. Rubin was the first surgeon in the area to implant the multifocal lens and perform a toric intraocular implant to correct astigmatism during cataract surgery.
Latest Technology
International Eye Associates is presently located at Millennium Medical Park since 2009 and is proud to be in a new “green” construction with ultra-modern solar technology. The goal is to improve the environmental health of the area. We use the latest ophthalmology measures to provide the best diagnostic and therapeutic equipment available, including an in-house laser, computerized visual field testing, digital photography, and retinal tomography.
